Baked Salmon with Wasabi Mayo

INGREDIENTS
250g x 2 Salmon fillets, skin on
Salt and pepper
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Olive oil
150g Kewpie mayonnaise
20g Wasabi paste
1tsp Sesame oil
1tbsp Lime juice
DIRECTIONS
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and mix with olive oil and lemon juice
Place in an oven proof dish
Bake in a preheated 150°C oven for 25 minutes
In the meantime, mix the mayonnaise with wasabi, lime juice and sesame oil
Take out the salmon and spoon over the wasabi mayo
